All of our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months and we always clean up after ourselves. We are both punctual and flexible – so if you book the job in to be completed on a certain day then it will be done on that day, we also understand that things get delayed sometimes so if you have to reschedule then we are flexible and can accommodate and changes to the planned schedule date.

All of our quotes are itemised and fixed price (provided none of the plans or fixtures change); we are also happy to advice of the best and most practical or economical way to achieve the result you are after.

The Plumbers Plus Process:

We aim to make the process of working with Plumbers Plus as simple and stress-free as possible; to ensure this, we have broken our process down into four steps:

Step 1: Meet On-site

The first step is to get in contact and arrange a suitable time for us to meet on-site with the builder, home owner or both. We’ll then do a walk-through of the planned extension or renovation and you can point out where the new bathrooms, kitchens and required fixtures are going to go.

We will make recommendations of what will be the best and most practical way to do things and discuss the different options available.

Step 2: Plan Confirmation and Quote

After the walk-through we will confirm all of the details with you including installation, fittings and the layout/plans. We will use this information to provide you with a comprehensive itemised quote. The quote is fixed price, so as long as none of the plans or fixtures change, then you will know exactly what the total cost will be for the job.

Step 3: Set Start Date

If you approve the quote, then we will set the start date and complete the work.

Step 4: Supply Plumbing Final

We always provide the builder and home owner with a copy of the plumbing final from the council at the completion of every home renovation or extension job that we perform.
